Iron Cross : Lost Foam

Lost foam casting is a super easy way that you can take a piece of Styrofoam and with a minimum amount of tools and supplies turn it into something awesome. I am using the lost foam process to make an iron cross. This video shows how the iron cross was made from the pattern making to the casting to the finishing of the piece..

Are you using the Kwiky burner in your furnace to melt the aluminum?

I've been using my propane recently just because it's quicker to set up...I've been so busy though I haven't been melting much 😢
