Hola Oscar, es decir, que no está mal decir que el candidato buscará trabajo en lo que salga (dentro del marco del perfil del candidato). Pero sí es muy importante decir muy específicamente en qué buscará trabajo y en dónde. Es decir, incluso un médico cirujano no sabría en donde trabajar, pero al explicar su oficio con detalle y al explicar en qué instituciones necesitan perfiles como el que se ofrece, el oficial de inmigración debería concluir (gracias a la evidencia) que es un profesional necesario (con mérito substancial e importancia nacional). ¿Nos confirmas por favor si estoy en lo cierto o si deberías agregar algo más?

Si, eso es correcto. En el personal statement está bien dar detalles de qué tipo de trabajo se quiere desempeñar, más allá de un campo genérico. Por ejemplo, en tu ejemplo de médico cirujano en el personal statement se podría especifical que el tipo de trabajo a desempeñar es en un hospital con especialidad XYZ donde se forme a médicos estudiantes. En el caso de que tuviésemos alguna comunicación con un centro específico o un empleador específico, podría ponerse como ejemplo claro e incluso adjuntar esas comunicaciones como prueba tanto del tipo de trabajo como del interés que existe por tu perfil.

Thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I will, but in the meantime: the disadvanage of a denial when you are in nonimmigrant visas without dual intent (H1 is dual intent, for example, but F is not) may be issues when renewing your visa (if you need to go for stamping at a consulate or embassy) or accessing a new nonimmigrant visa. This is because you have shown immigration intent.

Hi Elisabeth, while it is not a requirement it will be help you establish you are well positioned...if you can show you have the capital or can get it, and show intention of investing it. I would be only so specific to name companies if I had a letter of commitment from the company showing interest in me. Because you can use that to satisfy the second prong. I would *not* be so specific in naming companies if I did not have any documents from the company. But I don't see any problem in describing the type of job and why it is important for the US, and how the previous experience in the field helps you. In fact, that is what it is expected of the petitioner to do.

Just make sure the way it is explained it is clear that your work will benefit the US as a whole and it is not just about finding a job.

Half of the document means that if you divide the document into equal parts, then at least one of those parts it's that . As for the length, there's no magic number of pages and I would care more about the content . In my course I explain this in depth with examples

I have made cover letter and personal statement and reccomendation letter, experience letter, degrees, previous salary certificates, form 140, fees of 140, IELTS result what else is left you said 9089 form too.
