In the academic background section, there is a option for CGPA, so the CGPA of first year(average of 1st and 2nd semester GPA) is required or average GPA of total semesters that have been studied? Can I go with GPA of my last semester I.e 3rd Currently in my 4th semester. TIA.

No, you have to mention CGPA not GPA of a single semester. CGPA means the average gpa of all semesters you have studied till now.

U don't need extra ordinary vocab or proficiency. But ur way of presentation must be good. Work on ur writing skill. I would say start writing one paragraph of English on daily basis and try to copy someone's style. After 1 month you will feel hell of the difference. N by the next year I guess u will be able to write quite good sop.
