This man should have his own TV show. I've listened for about 3 hours straight through. I already know the content, but instead of boredom, I felt fascinated by his interpretation

He sounds like he's also a preacher. His teaching style is the same as that of one.

because he is using the same psychological techniques they use to draw people in. The difference here is he is using them for good while preachers use them to pull the wool over your eyes

I am usually sensitive to this, but in his case my ears only got tired after 3 hours. It's totally dependent on your mood
