Hi Daniel, we own the NeoRest 700 series and it will not wash either front or back. I push personal bottom and then push wash for either and no water comes out. I thought it was battery but made no difference. What can I do to make it work?

This sounds like the unit may need to be booted up. When seated on the unit, on the right hand side, you'll have 4 buttons. They are labeled from rear to front: Power, Flush, Front, Rear. Please try pressing the power button, and making sure that that causes the Power LED on the back of the unit to light up. If it still does not work, try unplugging it for 30 minutes and plugging it back in. If you’re still having issues after that, let me know.
