A few years ago I took Marshall's summer Composition Class - It was totally fun, learned a lot and enjoyed every minute even when it was hard! I remember the garbage truck... :)

Thanks to Marshall´s Perspective videos from 1994 I was able to learn to draw form in Perspective, which allowed me to take on the Anatomy course. I see a ton of people trying to learn Anatomy and their drawings lack Perspective, and because they can´t draw decent basic forms, they will struggle A LOT with the course and possibly just drop off due to frustration. If you really care about drawing, even if you will make 2D childrens´book illustrations, ESPECIALLY THERE, Perspective will come in handy, SUPER HANDY. I can´t stress enough how thankful I am for Marshall having recorded those lessons with his beautiful black hair back then XD

great to see so many good works from the challenge. Can't wait to do some study of them. The course trailer got me excited. Thx Stan and Marshall for making both the challenge and perspective course happen. By the way didn't know that many people drew Merry/Marry the pirate ship and like One Piece. Merry died a long time ago and now the crew is using Sunny as their pirate ship. But Merry always has a place in my heart as a One Piece fan. If you watched One Piece, from episode 1 to the episode that the crew burned Merry, you would probably cry

I remember when Marshall announced the perspective course. Stan was still riding his bike to get around and Marshall had hair and was much less grey. That’s not true …. Marshall never had hair..
