this is great! i've been avoiding drawing both rotated objects and circular objects so tackling both issues in one tutorial is exactly what i've been looking for!

This is used Technical drawing. I knew taking those classes would help with perspective

I had a question with regards to your point at the end discussing multiple vanishing points. You said "just make sure they're the same distance apart" but shouldn't they continue to be at 90 degree from the same point on the center line that the other set is to maintain the same viewing angle width for each object? This would cause the distance between points to change as they move along the horizon line

Is it okay for me to do a lot of temporary vanishing point? like every object in my drawing have their own vanishing point?

But they have to be on a common horizontal line, right?

But what happens if you sub-divided the space again from the last pole you drew to the big one? Surely the distance between them would appear to decrease as the remaining space available diminishes? 🤔

Have the same problem at the moment.

It's still hard to me to tell the amount of distorsion on a circle when turned into an ellipse, fitting it into a square still doesn't give exactly where the farthest points of the ellipse should be located.
