Watching the Air Cadets I think it was none of them were in step with each other.

That's true, but you don't know how much drill time they have done, and one or two people can throw it all out of sync.

Hi, as a CSW-Air cadet at this event. The pace was constantly changing due to the brass band infront of us this was a constant issue and the step itself was constantly changing and unable to stay constant due to the Brass bands truck ahead of us and the turnings of the road or whatever ahead stopped the step. this also was different for Flight A and B. The person taking the parade for step was at the very front and it was difficult to hear calls even from the back of the front flight which I was in right beside banner party, this was also prevalent with the other 2 cadet forces aswell S.C.C not as much since there was about 6 of them 😂
