MMVTW I hardly drink at all, actually. But I just don't consider Perth as a "Fun" and "Exciting" place. So drinking can only enhance your experience in Perth. I know you *can* have fun without drinking, but Perth really has nothing amazing to offer, as a city, for fun. Especially compared to other capitol cities around the world. And *please* don't tell me Adventure World is something fun to do in Perth...

This is just fantastic!!! Incredible!!! This is a so simple idea and it makes the difference! It can really make the day for soooo many people! Dancing makes us feel great, relaxed, it is a very good exercise also gives you the oportunity to make new friends, etc. Really, i loved it! hahaha! We need more things like this everywhere! Mate, I don't even usually bother signing in to comment, but that was amazing, especially given the bad press we all got this week thanks to 2 yobbos in Brisbane. Perth is truly unique, & as a former Western Suburbs girl, I loved seeing those Cottesloe/Leighton Norfolk Pines. You chose the best line & the best part of it. The problem with doing this in London isn't the general public, it's TFL staff and BTP (British Transport Police) When Trollstation started a rave on London Underground, none of the passengers were bothered by it and some were willing to join but LU staff and Transport Police kicked them off the train. London is made a depressing place by authority.

I was just thinking while watching this: "Hmm, try this in one of the Russian cities, we'll see what the reaction will be". Then... I thought: "You know what? People would DANCE!" And then I read the comments from the people saying they are from Perth. Peter, I send all my admiration to you! What a sad bunch those commenters! I totally agree that blaming the city of "being boring" is immature and attitude "never good enough" is just plain ungrateful and spoiled. So hey! So cool of you and other people to get up and dance and have fun!! Totally cool by all world standards! You should travel the World and make a documentary about dancing on subway trains, that will be something really cool and special!

Matt Ridley Yeah mate, that was filmed on the Perth-Fremantle line. For those not familiar with Perth, the Fremantle metro line runs through the wealthiest and trendy coastal areas of Perth. But Perth's Eastern metro lines are the slum lines that get a different class of passenger travelling on them.

Perth gets a lot of stick, but WA is truly the best state. Amazing weather and beautiful landscapes. You can always add fun stuff to do, which they are doing now. In 20-30 years everyone will want to come to Perth
