Honestly? After visitng Peru last year for 4 weeks and travelling to Loreto, all the South, Lima, I know plan to see next country of South America (or Central America). And... none of it can beat Peru in every terms. This country has everything for everyone and even more. Ending is true as hell. You want adventure? Go to Iquitos. You want mistery? Go to Andes. You want surf? Go north. You want Mars? Go to Canyon Country. You want huge Frank Herbert - style dunes for sandsurfing? Go to Ica. etc.

I don't have the money to travel, and even if I did, my social anxiety would make it extremely difficult. But I have to like this video because, this is the first time I have said this, it touched my heart. Thank you for making this video.

I have actually been working on my social anxiety. Even worked at Home Depot for six months. I got a better job and will be going back to school soon. Hopefully I will be able to travel soon.

Here I am a little over 10 years later from when this video was uploaded and from when I first saw it. I was 21 when I first saw this and now I'm 31. Where does the time go?! I didn't really realize it back then that this was a promotional video for Peru but this video just really hit home with me then and again now at 31, with even more impact. I remember being sad, anxious, and lost when I first watched this as I was a college student then, and this video always cheered me up. Now watching it again after 10 years, this video has cheered me up again and imparted some really good lessons. My favorite part is "life is a succession of events and it all depends on how we live them." I'm going through a time in my life right now where I feel lost and unsure with what I want to do with my life. I'm going through my old youtube playlists and saw this video. I'm so happy I played it. It reminded me of my younger years and who I used to be. Peru is still on my bucketlist and I plan to visit in the coming years! Thank you for this lovely video!

I have been to Peru 5 times...each visit is surreal beyond any imaginable description. I feel that Peru is this mystical country where one can truly feel free; physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally... It's hard to explain. My mind, body and soul feel at peace, and I am empowered, invigorated, and ready to conquer the world when I am traveling throughout Peru's beautiful land. Those who have been will know what i'm talking about ;) P.S. there is much more to Peru than just Machu Picchu!

So proud to be Peruvian. By all means visit Peru....but leave it a better place so you can go back there again and again! This video reminds me of my son visiting the land of his ancestors when he was 32 (not for the first time). Now he's 48 and an executive in the hospitality business. Hope he'll return to Peru and take his wife and children along. When you go to Peru, you won't have time to see and do everything....you'll have to leave something for the next time.

They make their living cleaning cars and watching them. It is very common, I lived in Peru for 5 years. It was fun times, all you have to do is be cautious of your surroundings as a tourist and not go into some of the dangerous areas alone or walk alone for that matter.
