I love Peruvian food, you have to try the papa or yuca a la huancaina (potatoe or cassava in a special yellow sauce) arroz chaufa de Camarones ( shrimp fried rice with all the works) tallarin salteado ( spaghettis in a sauce with veggies), chupe de marisco (seafood soup), These are my favorite dishes
