Peruvian jungle proficient quechua monolith - 2 serpents

The riddle reads- 2 serpents guard life and death,I lie trapped within their eternal struggle. This signifies the serpents in a circle with the loot within their circle.
In order to read the monolith Lara needs to have found and read enough quechua artifacts in order to be proficient. If Lara is not at this level she will not be able to decipher the monolith and a lock symbol will also appear on the map over the monolith icon.
