As long you are playing on PC or PS4 you can download the .ted file from the description, import the team an then base copy the players

Go to your PES directory, then lib->DpFileList and add this line: dt80_400E_x64.cpk;90;0429 to the dlc.txt. Then all .cpks will be loaded again

I tried using the download button on zippyshare and all it does is redirect me to a page which asks me to add useless extensions and even if I follow those steps it doesn't give me your legends file. There's no other download button/link. Can you post another one? Plus the download is not automatic it seems.

The file "DLC4Legends.ted" uou don't open it. That's the file you copy to WEPES folder (save directory) and then you can import the .ted/team with the ingame editor
