It was not Draupadi dear Shafat Bhai , It was "Sati" (first wife of Shiva , much beloved to him) upon whose death Shiva got angry and did Tandav , with Sati in his lap and during Tanadava dance Sati's body parts fell across entire barre sagir ( subcontinent) and where ever those body parts fell , all those spots were revered as Shakti Peethas , hence there were 51 spots where body parts were found and all those spots are called Shakti Peethas and yes! They are as pious to Hindus as Makka/Madina to Muslims
