Me ne buht c recipes dekhi lobia ki but none was authentic Peshawari recipe, yeh pehli nazar ayi, the only thing is that yahan esme jo water use hota hai woh wohi water hota hai jisme lobia boil krte hain, not the regular water, moreover this water has many benefits, we also give this water to babies over 8 months and kids, simply mesh roti in this water and give it to your kids, it has many health benefits

We in Peshawar use Coriander powder more than cumin. Cumin indeed is very flavourful however not everything needs cumin. If you add cumin to this then it’s not Peshawar Lobia anymore, just regular lobia that can be found anywhere.
