How did you get the measurement of the cape

No standard measurement. Let the cap be bigger than the bodice depending on how full you want the gathers. You can as well measure your round shoulder and X by 2 or add extra inches to the off shoulder.

My waist is 41 So I will use 10.5 elastic For the cape my burst is 46 so I will use 23 inches of elastic?
