Was just me who hated every single question this guy did? For me, the interviewer spoiled the chance for more significant questions, and treated the band like just another band, and no about their philosophical project, and at the end the character of the band didnt show at its full. Just talking everything as a souvenir, records, labels, tours, the pessimitic aspect of this wrathfull art project came indirectly, not as a full album of this band really is, where you almost smell the rotten cadavers, fell the fire, the putrefaction of the pits full of bodies burning. Damn, this music is so well build. This documentary was a cool musical video, could be even a good video for singles of peste noire, but for the history is pretty close of nothing. (saved because the hurdy gurdy moment and the moments the members of the band try to came with better answers than the questions)

I wonder how much KPN's ideology has changed since the release of this documentary. Famine looks to have taken a sharp turn towards NS content - all this time in Kiev, his association with Azov etc. How much of this is purely aesthetics?.. Honestly with his last 'rap' song, it just looks that he chose to 'eat from the capital', quoting the hurdy-gurdy guy from the video. After all, aesthetics SELLS well, just look for militantzone clothing etc. Since I don't speak french very well, these are just some guesses. Can someone care to explain me in more detail what KPN ideology is about? Who is Famine, after all?

Fact: Cántigas de Santa María by Alphonse X The Sage was originally performed and composed by muslim (ethnically diverse) and sephard jewish. Despite Alphonse was a christian and an important figure in Reconquista, he was worried about preserve the culture of those he conquered. He even was concious of muslim's cultural superiority, so he created schools of translators where dozens of books were translated from arab to latin, and where christian scholars learnt medicine and engineering from muslims. If you listen to the whole Cántigas the oriental influence is too obvious. Maybe Alphonse X is not the best example for evoke a distant medieval "white european" time.

Can you point to any research of the authorship of those works that back ups your "facts" ?

@jiub98 жыл бұрын
+z0ttel89 This documentary was about the latest album, not their 2011 album or any of the other albums that Indria played on. The only time L'Ordure was brought up was in the context of the question about letting someone else handle the distribution and such. Famine has expressed nothing but praise from Indria in all of the interviews he's given when the subject of Indria was brought up. You left-wing PC idiots are fucking joke, intentionally spreading lies and information to farther a cause that you don't fully understand, a cause which has killed far more innocents than any right wing movement I might add.
