​@@studypurpose7804 Please check it up. In Tirukkural , Valluvar says , செந்தண்மை பூண்டு ஒழுகலால் , அந்தணர் எனப்படுவர். Brahmins were not supposed to earn money. Only through the gifts of money, clothes, land etc they could conduct their life. But if the members of such families felt bad about depending on the goodwill of other communities, they would try to feel that they are superior, and have a right to accept gifts. Human nature refuses to be branded and sooner or later will resort to arrogant practices.

Rt Honourable V S Srinivasa Sastrigal had given a series of Lectures on Ramayana in English way back in late 1940s in Gokale Hall Chennai. I had read the lectures, which are fantastic. In fact, the lectures on Ayodhya Kandam was superb. He has also given answers to many of so called " Controversies" suitably silencing the criticisms. Perhaps one argument can be it appeals to Elders and for youngsters the book of Mr DS may be ir should be useful. My sincere appreciation to DS for his efforts.

I too wondered about LGBTQIA+ issues. It is the creation of West and mostly Christianity oriented. Because they have don'ts religiously. So they want law to safeguard their such relationships. Even want it to be sanctified by marriage. I was wondering a time may come when they would like to marry animals and even the toys they use. As Dushyant says our touchstone is marriage and only requirement is caring for the offsprings. Our Lord marry His consort every day to give sanctity for marriage. As our wise have told a grahasthan is more important than a saint. As he sustains humanity. All the other activities which happen below the belt should remain there. Not a subject for discussion. The Dharma is for societal living. The society's smallest unit is the family. FAMILY MEANS MINIMUM OF TWO GENERATIONS (father, mother and kids). So Dharma's focus had been to keep that unit continuing. For the family to continue, kids are necessary. Hence dharmic verses stops with marriage verses for a Male and female. It should have left the rest as deviation and left it open
