Watched a guy blast the cab of a Gradall with most of the top of a tree by not only not having enough hinge but also SHAKING the thing instead of applying even pressure. FOPS held, but the impact caused enough pressure inside the cab to blow out all of the window seals!

Thanks for video. & explaination why your ina hurry for excavator. That limb that tapped your tin hat a while back makes the quick step to your excavator easy to under stand. See & here stuff on your vids that I dont on other faller vids. Keep the vids rollin when you can

You’re spot on about a bigger excavator. Until you get up to around a 65,000 pound machine now you really don’t gain that much reach, albeit the reduced tail swing machines where the boom arcs back up into the carbody will go higher… But you have to get close to the thing that can smash you. No thanks. As far ad the people giving you shit about chucking the saw… Fuck’em. That 461 *is* an expensive tool, no doubt. But it’s a really durable tool the last time I checked, and yeah… Getting away is important.
