you can put elmers glue on foam...after it dries; you can paint the foam.

Hello Petal. Here's a tip I learned from another KZbin crafter...if you coat foam with modpodge, you can paint it without the paint corroding the foam. Also, spray paint adds an interesting texture to the foam depending on your project.
