I know it's been many decades but I think as long as your nan and uncle APOLOGIZE, then RECOGNIZE the fact that Pete and Bas will ALWAYS live and die by that G CODE. As long as your nan and uncle don't try anything funny on Pete and Bas when they aren't looking again like it's '79 all over again, they can make it out of a sticky situation and then everybody just walks away.... would you like that?

This I do know! I loved Eastenders in the late 80s and all through the 90s. I watched it religiously for like 12 years. I wish they ran old reruns somewhere. I couldn't help thinking of that show while watching these, even apart from the Charlie Slater line, because Mike Reid as Frank Butcher was my intro to the kind of guys that were similar to Pete and Bas. The first 12 years or so of Eastenders was good though ;)

Norman Pain is great, He is so versatile. He can go gangster which he does on Golf. He can be funny which he does as part of The Northern Boys and he can be really serious and dark when he does his solo stuff. Super Underrated talent. PKJ, the guy with the autotune also has a Solo Album "The Twins Of Darkness" which is great, He's collabed with Pete and Bas before and hes the second half of The Northern Boys
