I would rate Carrot Top at bottom of the barrel and after seeing what you came up with after hours or days of working tirelessly or perhaps weeks of trying to come up with something funny you would rate about buried 3 feet deep in the pile of bullshit that the barrel is sitting on. If I've said it once- I'll say it a million more- I fucking LOVE Pete Davidson, never fails to put a smile on my face. That was a really good speech and a hilarious roast, i was cracking up!

I love Pete, too. He's earnest, humble, funny, and a lot classier than he lets on.

This speech was well written and delivered; displayed by the look of pride on Kim K's face at the end.

I've been watching SNL since the Muppets/Land of Gorch segments, and Pete shocked me by becoming one of the really good cast members. He seemed to be just hitting his stride. His voices and characters were a show highlight, even more than Kate's.

Guaranteed the biggest high from this performance for Pete was seeing Chappelle’s reaction to the acting joke. It’s high praise when the GOAT loses it spontaneously

I’m a late comer to the party celebrating Jon Stewart. I never watched him on the Daily Show. It wasn’t until I realized how insightful Jon was to choose Trevor Noah as his successor, that I developed my admiration for him. As a former rescue volunteer, I see Jon Stewart as a man who understands the sacrifice of the 9/11 first responders. We can not forget.
