@W 9797 Smoking in pubs helped to keep wet flannels like you and the killjoy brigade out. Smoking bans reduce incidence of cancer by a whopping 1.1%! Unfortunately when you have a socialist healthcare system it gives the authoritarians stasi any excuse to poke their noses into other peoples lives.

everyone treats him very patronizingly but in reality he's far more intellectual then 99% of people who ever interview him!
@davewave39343 жыл бұрын
Maybe intellectual maybe not. Who can tell: so stoned he sounds like a drippy 7 year old.
@TheJTD19823 жыл бұрын
He's a stupid person's intellectual. He never says anything with any intellectual weight, just spouts random nonsense and cliches to convince dim people that he's something special. Anyone with a modicum of brainpower can see that this interviewer is far sharper, more erudite and insightful than Doherty. Journalists have a job to do. That job isn't to let Doherty ramble on. This guy has met dozens of prima donnas and 'tortured artists' like Doherty, hence he doesn't approach him with the same hero-worship as most of the people in these comments.

All of them i reckon he's half cut and still 100% smarter legend ♡

@@davewave3934 You made this comment two years ago, and so much may have changed since then. Intellectually he's actually brilliant. You should do some research on his love of literature, and I'd say watch the Newsnight interview where he recites a poem he wrote when he was seventeen. These days he's doing really well and has beaten many of his addictions. Don't judge people at first glance.

I love that his humor is so subtle, like the way he talks about how he wants "nothing special" for his birthday, then goes on to say "Old silver" "Mantle ornaments" etc. but the fact that he doesn't smile or giggle makes people believe he's being serious.. listen to what he says kids, his word shall be your bible, grow from it.
