In Igbo language Lion is called ''Ọdụm'' not Agu. Agu is Leopard in English. Remember the old Igbo adage that says /Ọdụm na-egbu Agu/ (the Lion that kills the Leopard)

No you are wrong, Lion is never Agu. The only reason it looks that way is because AGU is portrayed as the strongest of all the Animals. And since we all know Lion is the strongest, thats why people assume LION = AGU.

Just to clear things up. LION'S HEART means OBI ODUM (not OBI AGU as Pete Edochie said in the interview). Agu = Leopard
