Jags should be where the Detroit Lions are at this point. The Lions players play with emotion and have taken on the toughness and personality of their coach. The Jaguars, meanwhile, have gone from first to second to third--maybe last place--and have taken on the personality of their emotionless, lifeless head coach. Look at the type of production on tape players the Lions have drafted compared to Measurables Boy Baalke.

Ballke has made some good signings n draft picks but overall it's not good enough. Sometimes it's not who he drafts it's where he drafts them. U draft Brenton Strange when u have engram on the roster I believe Strange was a 2nd round pick. U could've drafted someone as a starter not a back up tight end. Same with tank bigsby and alot of other picks.

Please humor me and tell me why he isn’t the right QB and secondly I’d love to hear who you would have drafted instead of Trevor Lawrence in the 2021 draft with the number 1 overall pick? Because if you know football and I mean actually know football not just yell at the tv when your team doesn’t do what you think they should. Trevor has every attribute you could ask for to win you a Super Bowl and I’m a believer that he’s the one that will do it for Jax. But Only if they fire baalke. Because baalke is the reason we suck. When a qb has bad protection it speeds up his mental clock so his timing is off from the route and forced out. He still stares down his primary target. I wouldn't have drafted a QB #1 overall - I would have traded that pick and gotten the largest return in pro sports history for the "generational talent" that TL was proclaimed to be. So I guess you think cj stroud is trash too huh? lol because he’s going through the same struggles as Trevor. Why do you think both of them are missing wide open receivers and throws that they can make with ease?? Because the o-line is trash. When the o-line is trash it speeds up their mental clock and they force the ball out so it’s off target and not on the right timing with the route. This all stems down to the terrible GM. Baalke hasn’t brought in or drafted any good quality offensive linemen to protect Trevor. I’ll bet you that once baalke is gone and they bring in a GM that knows how to draft and bring in talent Trevor will go back to being top 5 QB in the league.
