Aerts is a kickboxer, Sapp is more a ground/MMA fighter, you can see it in his fight style, he immediately tries to bring down Aerts by grappling, Aert saw a chance and placed a knee in Sapp's liver, if you see the second replay/close up you see that the knee goes right below the ribs, straight into the liver, man that is hell of pain
