If I'm not mistaken, Israel kept around 5000 Palestinians imprisoned for years without justice, while the Palestinians only kidnapped 250 Israelis when 10/7/23 and start that time Israel bombed Gaza like crazy. Where everything started from Israel itself, it must be corrected first.

The Biden administration, with full knowledge of Israel's crimes, including genocide, has thrown its full support behind Israel in its total disregard for international law. The US has suppressed any criticism of Israel's actions, prevented any other country from acting to prevent the genocide and vetoed and voted against resolutions calling for a ceasefire in the UN. Also, the US congress, with full knowledge of Israel's actions has voted to send additional money and weapons to aid Israel in committing genocide. Any one of these actions would make America guilty as an accomplice to Israel's genocide of the Palestinians. The fact is that without America's large financial and military support Israel would not be able to carry out the genocide at all,. So, there is a case to be made that the US is just as responsible as Israel if no more so for the genocide. Charges must be brought against those responsible, including those in the US, if genocide is ever to be prevented from happening again in the future. "The only thing necessary for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing."

Indeed. At academic institutions these days, at the same time that university presidents are posting sanitized letters decrying the rise of antisemitism, what is in fact happening is that Arab and Muslim voices are actively silenced and suppressed, that criticism of the state of Israel is met with threats, and that students advocating for ceasefire peacefully are literally physically assaulted. The targeting is so bad that it has me entirely reconsidering whether I want to continue to live in the US.
