Chicago....if you see this or are watching you'd be smart to find out what it would take to get this man back for a tour. It would be huge!!!!!!

+David Hoiles Uhhhh .... it was not the band that kicked him out - he and his ego left in 1985 to pursue a solo career. This is cheese! He needs to go on tour with Gino Vanelli, Bobby Caldwell and Boz Skags

a friend of mine is chicago's vocal coach. robert lamm had dinner with pete a while back and they talked about a reunion. pete said they would have to change keys to all the songs so he could sing them now. that's a tall order with all of the instrumentation of the band. but hey at least they had dinner and go along

wrong they said sign this new contract...which included excessive touring and no solo music or quit. Chicago hasn't had but one hit I believe since he left. And a majority of the ones they had were written by him or with him. Two things stood out with Chicago....Terry and Cetera. The rest road along and Jason....well that's Kareoke. I would get your facts straight.

David Hoiles it could be argued they had more success without Cetera than he had with his solo career.

@@mattl.7159 Agreed! OK, what about Robert Lamm?? He is still going strong at 74, looks amazing and his voice is still the same, IMHO great! He is one of the founders of Chicago and has written some spot on hits for the group! Where is Cetera's bass?? Robert Lamm is still playing keyboards and singing. Oh yeah, he also plays the 12 string guitar!

Pankow and Lamm wrote most of Chicago's hits in the early to mid 70s, then Cetera turned into a hit making juggernaut not only singing all the hits but also writing them, he became the star and his band mates were all washed up.

like a lot of people who sing live songs, peter Centera has to make the song sound different and not sing along exactly to the music which just sounds really bad but the singers don't care. They just think its sounds "cool", but it just butchers the song.
