Chicago screwed up by not working out a better arrangement where he could do solo work and still be part of the band. They never really recovered from his departure. Totally unnecessary, but like any divorce irreconcilable. 🥲

That was Chicago then. My 1st paying concert was Chicago in 1976 @ Norfolk Scope, Virginia. The person that replaced him could not hold his athletic supporter. Peter was the VOICE!
