I am a huge fan of Peter Cook and having searched for his material on KZbin endlessly this is the first time I have seen this. This was when he was at his zenith. Thanks for posting.

wow thanks a lot for this! Quite serious, for his standarts, but really informative - and he's so beatiful!

I am hopelessly in love with Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, and they're both deceased! What to do?!? God, they were so funny. And so ahead of their time.

For all his rep as the king of the sharp remark, he always strikes me as being incredibly polite.

It's a rare thing to see Cook being asked intelligent questions and rising (effortlessly) to the challenge. It's also very telling when he admits that using voices is a means of absolving himself of responsibility. Thanks for uploading.

Those who are lucky enough to A: Be a genius B: Have a curious mind C: Have had a very high standard of education, especially in English and therefore are very articulate D: Are funny and have developed humour as a defence mechanism...these qualities sometimes create a Peter Cook type person. He knew how clever he was..his brain though, like an F1 car...was immensely powerful and quick...and suited purposefully for a certain environment. R.I.P Legend

At his peak. An articulate, intelligent, beautiful man. I wish his optimism here had worked out. Thank you for uploading this so we can hear his real accent, and his voice before smoking ruined it.

He seriously reminds me of George Harrison. I don't know why this resemblance wasn't mentioned ever.
