That's because it is, Peter indeed sees Frank as his brother that is why among any voice actor he has ever worked with Frank has been the closest he has ever been to and loved working with and it's no coincidence that their transformers roles are also brothers. This is destiny, fate and prophecy and if you don't ship them together I can't see you as a fan appreciating their 36 years of voice acting together

I had flew into Peter Cullen's house via open bedroom window and as he got into his bedroom, he saw me and said "I don't know what you are or who you are, but this is a sudden meeting." Then I said "I'm so sorry if I scared you halfway to death..." I did introduced myself to him and he said "oh, sorry. Miss Governor of Sunerica. I didn't know you'd get here via window. I am such an idiot for leaving the windoe open like that.." then I said "ok. But you don't need to call yourself an idiot, all because of a mistake that was stupid... everybody makes mistakens any time at any age. Y'know?" Then Peter Cullen said "y'know what? That's actually true. I shouldn't be ashamed of myself all because of a simple mistake. Thanks for letting me know that, Miss Governor of Sunerica." Then I said "No Problem!" I almost killed myself 1 time but I got stopped by Captain Rose LinKinStar before I got the rope all around my neck... and she lectured me... God, help me. I can't handle any more stress from my mental health problems... Darker Cullen needs to be silenced because I don't wanna turn into him and end up killing everybody around me...
