I wake up - this song is whirling through my mind... I go to bed - I'm singing it into the pillow... I'm tapping my foot to the stirring of my cup of tea, and I'm back on my little sailing boat on The Swale, singing 'Poetry & Crime' and drifting far away from the panic of 21st century, post-truth society we find ourselves in. This song has enchanted me.

Poetry and crime have always been intertwined, and this is especially true in the world of the poet. Crime always has a way of inspiring poetry, and in turn, poetry can inspire crime. This is often seen in the worlds of poetry and fiction, where criminals often find inspiration in the dark and macabre poems of authors like Edgar Allan Poe.

Omg I Love you Peter in this moment it has been a while returing to you , first Ibiza in 2005 in that little bar near Santa Eularia , onto The Albert Hall in 2008 at age 28 after dropping a bottle of red wine in interval ha ha the acoustics we all stormed the stage had to join in with the younguns my gosh . I had already broken my back in 2007 a few hours before was listening to ' Up the bracket ' and Babyshambles album down the M4 we lost the BMW Log book out the window ha ha Anyway in Feb 2017 I was gifted a free entry to The Libertines pub gig in Melbourne very intimate Awsome night what topped it for me was after all these years of distruction it felt in flow your last song you came off stage and kissed me on the lips it was pure appreciation energy flow i felt it , Libeertines came back on for encore , increddible we all needed and wanted it after all that time , I was in same spot still processing the gig , loving the come back feeling the elevation and completness of the kiss after all this time and after your final last 2 songs you all ran off stage this time Carl smackered me on the lips with more force than yours but boy wow i was stunned both times , afterwards I was personally greeted hand shook my many of the crowd it was a deep appreciation a honour to speak with me because of you your energy. I share this because tonight i am listening to Grace and Wastelands for the first time it is on repeat and in Sydney Australia am stopping people in the street and sharing , also you have inspired me so much tonight I have had 3 visions pop up busking theatre ideas I am spining poi in a city lane way by candlelight after 18mths of being stagment , Thank yooou Peter Thank you You are a star brother poetic inspiration love maker Thank you ♡ TwirlaRa 🔥
