Milley directly contacted the Chinese undermining Trump and telling them that Trump’s threats should not be taken seriously - and Trump was the commander in chief. That is clearly a violation of the chain of command and undermines the president’s command - actionable under the UCMJ. He should lose a star if he’s lucky. Simply talking back to an officer as an enlisted soldier can land you in jail. What Milley did was way more serious and he should have been dealt with then.
