Only a few holes in, but you’ve really perfectly encapsulated golf, in particular what golf in Ireland is all about. Some of the best courses in the world, with good guys, in weather that challenges a bit having a good competitive time whilst having good craic. Chatting nonsense on a golf course is so much better than serous chats.

Great video as really shows how gorgeous the Old Head is as have played there a couple of times the past decade. Brilliant staff, amazing views and unbelievable course especially when you play along the cliffs. Had a brilliant caddy the last time I was there Dave who was outstanding while had the opposite experience the first time I played there, one of the rudest caddies I have ever had on my bag, Eoin. Anyway brilliant video as brought back some fond memories.

True Story! Back in Celtic Tiger Ireland times (mid 2000's) my company brought 100 customers down to the Old Head for a corporate golf day. Instead of the usual car for a hole in one prize we had a boat to be won, think it was worth about 30k. We had a circular net out in the sea about one metre wide and you hit off the 7th tee box out into the sea attempting to land your ball in the net. Land it in the net, win the boat. A client nailed it with a 7 iron. That turned into one boozy night!! Ps: great vid, its some spot! Hope you sampled the Guinness in Kinsale.
