Wow! What a story....Sure says a lot about Roy and his awareness of everything going on all over the ice. But I think it also demonstrates what a class act Forsberg is being able to own being called out in front of his team. The best talent to have with greatness is humility for sure. Roy was a icon but his lack of humility has turned him into either the butt of the joke or one to be feared. That’s makes it difficult to have him teach another how to follow his talent and that is a shame cause he was so fun to watch. It would be great to have that kind of goalie out there again. There’s obviously great goalies out there now, just Roy brought a certain flair as long as he was angry.
