As a drummer of over 50 years I absolutely love African beats & the drums on this song are exquisite. If you like live performances I strongly suggest you watch Pink Floyd, Comfortably Numb (the remixed & re-edited version) from their Pulse Live concert. One tip I will give you so that you don't get slaughtered in the comments is DO NOT pause during the guitar solos. It's probably best to save your comments until the end as pausing often destroys the flow of the music.

He was beaten with a hose and his head rammed into a wall, then driven 700 miles where he was thrown naked into a jail cell, where he died. His death eventually led to the end of Apartheid. Apartheid was a system of legalized racial segregation that existed in South Africa from 1948 to 1994. This is from 1993. Anything by Peter Gabriel is great. Just makes you happy listening. I'll bet you'd really like Shaking the Tree, by him. (Same tour) 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5Pdmpariaedjpo You can understand the words better in the studio version.
