The former. Though she gave Bobby some wise advice which he won't take. He thinks he's so cool because he was able to get his older brothers to bend to his will but eventually they get fed up which is what's fixing to happen with Peter.

Bobby is exploiting Peter and while at first Peter was doing everything willingly, little by little he was getting tired of being Bobby's slave. Especially when it cut into his social life. He missed a girl's party due to doing Bobby favors? I'd have long since reached my breaking point.
