God I find him so attractive! Everything about him. Can't believe he's 50. Great interview, would have liked to hear more about SFU though.

WHAT ALWAYS HURTS ME IN A WAY WITH PETER KRAUSE, is that "Six Feet Under"'s character Nate Fisher still is by large his best piece of work so far for anyone with half a brain, and still every time he reminisces about it in interviews, it does sound like the show is really an excrutiating memory for him... While the material was bloody gold !!... I mean the guy hasn't apparently begun to realise how lucky he's been as an actor yet !!...

To be fair though, that proves how invested he was in the show and character. Nate went through some brutal stuff and Peter experienced it all so deeply that it's still tough to reflect on. He knows it was an incredible series.

Maybe... Maybe... Which leads me to the next logical stage : they REALLY just put together some beautiful kind of in-depth HBO documentary series (say one 50 minute episode per each season) about "Six Feet Under" for the 15th or 20th anniversary of original broadcast for what was indeed the FIRST real masterpiece in the history of TV drama series shot like works of art i.e. feature films. I mean considering that even for actors 15 years down the line this is still highly emotionnally significant !!... I mean I am sure Michael C. Hall would also have a few things and emotions to share about it as I suppose the whole cast really... I've been such an SFU freak since its first broadcast : this series litterally changed my outlook on things and the process of my whole life was profoundly impacted by it big time (for good and for worse also), it's amazing and I suppose I'm not the only one in the world ! What a great opportunity these anniversaries would be to have long interviews with Rachel Griffith, Krause, Ambrose, Saint Patrick and Ruth and everyone from the original cast today about it... I do hope dear old Allan Ball has started to seriously think about it because IT IS ALSO BY THE WAY his best work so far as far as I'm concerned ! "American Beauty" had been like a sample in a way of that exceptional "Allan Ball Experience" that I just find addictive.

You're certainly not the only one! I also watched it during the original broadcast, and I was 14-19 so it genuinely helped shape my whole outlook. I've rewatched it multiple times since and it never loses its power. Always pleased to meet a fellow enthusiast! Sometimes I worry that the show is falling off the "TV classics radar", so comments like this make me happy.....They did do some interviews for the 15 year anniversary but yeah, I'd love a full cast reunion where they all reflect on the show. One of those reunions they do at the ATX TV festival would be great.

Omg I have the exact same feeling watching his interviews. It's like he doesn't realise what a special role it was...but what me123 might just be the case

God he is so good looking! But this show was, in fact, pretty bad. I will give him this though, he really did play his character as being madly in love with the female protagonist. Their scenes together were always very sweet. However, there were actually not that many, and everything that goes on this show besides the romance is completely unhinged. Not even in a good way. I'm very curious what Peter thinks about the script nowadays, 8 years later, when he doesn't have to promote this show anymore.

It got bad when Margo made that report and Ben had to go to jail if they changed that up and showed us Ben alice and Reese (I don’t know how to spell it) and their life after that with no Margo people would probably watch it more
