Marvel might be stupid and have Peter break up with her supposedly to protect her because his identity has been revealed although any smart villain would hire an investigator to determine who Peter's girlfriend is. They might also have Peter make a deal with a character who makes everyone forget his identity in exchange for MJ losing her romantic interest in him. It would be better for Marvel to intensify their romance in the next movie by having Peter fight to protect her from the villains who will come to kidnap her to get to him. Peter and MJ should be like Ron and Hermione whose romance lasted throughout the Harry Potter series. I can agree with you there. I really hated Mary Jane as she was the on and off couple. She liked him the first time then went to harry. Gwen stacy was the best in my opinion. She stayed true to Peter. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone pulled it off perfectly, only thing that held them back was plot. Had it not been such bad directing, TASM wouldnt have been a hated trilogy, im not saying everyonr hated it, but the directing made Andrews peter and spiderman look bad. That is my opinion.

Marvel could have Peter run away from home in order to protect his loved ones although this wouldn't make any sense because villains would simply threaten MJ and/or Aunt May and force him to return. It would be better to have Peter stay home in order to protect MJ and Aunt May. This way the romance between Peter and MJ continues. In fact, the romance is intensified because Peter never had to protect MJ against threats. As for following the comics, Peter had many girlfriends. Of course she was since she liked Peter. The producers' intention was to replace Liz with MJ as Peter's romantic interest since there is no such character as Liz in the Spider-Man comics. Also, Zendaya (MJ) is more attractive than Laura Harrier (Liz). Hopefully, the romance between Peter and MJ continues into the next movie. Marvel could do something stupid such as have Peter run away from home because his identity has been revealed and break up their romantic relationship. It would be better for Marvel to have Peter stay at home and fight fiercely to protect MJ from the villains that are sure to come after her so they can get to Peter.

Ned could even confess to Peter his feelings towards MJ and says he feels guilty. Peter then tells him there is no need to feel guilty because MJ is pretty and it's understandable that he would fall in love with her.

They have Got to find a way for Zendaya/MJ to be in the next Spider Man films. I could see MJ and Peter as lab partners and good friends at University (while Peter works to subtly help bring back her memory of them as romantic soulmates). The canonical Michelle Jones (MJ) is a brilliant science student and Peter's lab partner and good friend at University in the great Spider Man TV cartoon. Even the intro music for that cartoon Spider Man years ago is wonderful. Michelle for Spider Man 4!
