Man not only the music but the video was put together in STYLE! I like how the quick cuts highlight the intense parts of the music; thanks for uploading this to KZbin!

A very refreshing, energizing performance. Adding the note fluctuations makes it even more dynamic.

This interpretation was so refreshing. I loved the sound design and the surprising use of portamento. This was a fun ride. Thank you so much!

More like 'Good-inerie' and definitely 'Bach-ing' up the right tree I'd say - lovely virtuoso synthing.

Old is gold! Just stumbled upon your most excellent video. Why not release a entire ARP 2600 focused classical album?
Awesome transcription and great sound production! :)

magnífico! He escuchado muchas versiones electrificadas de piezas de Bach pero el 90% de ellas son estériles y aburridas. Tu versión con sonidos cálidos y vivos lleva a Bach a un nuevo nivel

I guess W Carlos did a pretty good job of imagining,... with a Moog....( just around the time Alan R Pearlman was starting up Tonus instruments ... later Arp), what Bach might have tried had he lived in the age of electronic Synthesizers. Both the early Arp and the early Moog had similar modules, waveform generators and filters , and envelope generators and could do fairly good impressions of one another with the right "patch" programer. Bach had access to the great precursor of Synthesizers,.. the Pipe Organ... which also enabled one a rich palette of timbres, tonal colors, and an equally impressive monolithic array of plumbing.

C'est l'ARP 2600 qui a été utilisé pour faire les cind petites notes du film Rencontre du Troisième Type. De même que pour RD D2...

Love the video,.. so nice to see one of these old beasts again, apparently in great working order. Are those gold plated jacks? Pretty sure the one I played with didn't have those, just plain old nickel. Your playing is excellent! and the visuals are stunning!

L'ARP 2600. Un excellent générateur. Utilisé par de nombreux musiciens, dont Jean-Michel Jarre. Un son différent du Moog, mais intéressant. Je suppose que la pente du filtre est un 24 décibels par octave, don't you think so?

very expressive and great textures from the 2600. IMHO... a few BPM less and it would have been golden and yes I know this piece is played much faster that it needs to be and even so called professional orchestras and or conductors rush through it as they are being chased by the baroque police...

Nice to hear some real music being made with these old instruments, apart from just atonal, wibbly-wobbly bleeps and bloops.

Thank you for playing the instrument. I don't have anything against sequencers, but instruments are meant to be played by humans.

Well done, but not what I want to hear on such a great synthesizer.
