They mean Disneyland in California has the best Peters. This one might be cool but speiling peter pan and huggy peter pan (speiling and huggy are popular names to tell them apart & their also tumblr famous) are amongst the best peter pans you can ever meet. Speiling peter doesnt work there anymore but huggy does. There is actually many face characters for Disney world and land.
