Those pics of Peter and Francois broke my heart. Loved both. Both died doing what they loved.

Thank you for this lovely tribute to my dear brother Peter. The song says it all. Best to you, Jennifer.

Hi Jennifer, So nice of you to view and comment! I saw your brother at Sebring 1970 and in the pits at the Daytona 6-Hour 1972. Memorable experiences! Like they were yesterday. Hope you don’t mind, took a look at your Facebook page for pics I might not have seen before. Happy to say I found one. You look great in that blue Boss 302 Mustang!! Thanks, Nik

Great Video, great subject, great tune, great Vibe; Big Congrats;most of the scenes from the height of his career,, you capture the essence of who this guy is /was...! Racing was very dangerous during these years, a lot of top, top guys left way too early.!

Hell of a great race car driver. Just a crying fucking shame the way he went with a part failing on that car sending him through that cheap ass South African guardrail.

A little known fact was that during the 1971 Indy 500 in which Pete sat on pole "was that during the race he initially lost confidence in his car. He got it back though and was running quicker than eventual winner "Al Unser." Al was matter of fact and frank about the fact that Pete didn't understand the yellow pace light system during the race. Al certainly did and used it to pull out leads that Pete was repeatedly cutting into. Pete was way more than just a millionaire aire to Revlon fortune. He was a helluva guy and race car driver.
