Mark Sesum Some of it was David’s fault, he made some bad decisions like demoting Eddie Gray and replacing him with Brian Kidd. The fans turned against David for doing that to Eddie and replacing him with an ex scum coach. Bringing out that book, falling out with the players and losing to the sheep shaggers in the FA cup was his downfall. Losing to Cardiff was the start of his downfall because we were top of the league on New Year’s Day, all of a sudden we lose to Cardiff which nobody saw coming and we went on an eight game winless run and we ended up finishing fifth. Still can’t get my head round him getting the sack, wrong decision in my opinion. But the team we had and the amount of money that was spent on players, he underachieved and his time as manager was disappointing because we won nothing. A lot of the money was wasted on fowler and Johnson. All in all, not all of it was David’s fault it was Ridsdale’s fault for gambling on getting into the champions league and look at what nearly happened to our football club. It was a gamble that didn’t pay off and Ridsdale will never be forgiven. He should be ashamed, I wonder how he sleeps at night looking back at what he did to our football club and the financial situation and mess he left us in. He’s a fat c**t.

Hubris is a bugger, isn't it! It's one thing to sell players like Rio, it's quite scary to think of all the home-grown talent Leeds have been forced to sell over the past decacde or so. Wilko and Eddie didn't have that in mind then they established Thorp Arch.
