I also have a garden together with my husband, working there brings us together. I have seing if my husband has a bad day and goes to the garden, all his negative energy dissapears. It is a blessing to work a garden and see everyday how they grow until they are ready. It is really a wonder to see how nature is generous. Good for you Peter to work in your garden, it provides you enjoyment and health.

Landlords only look at profits, farmers do their best to maximize their profits, buyers look for low prices. No one look at environment which (we live in) and we came from... That's a losing setup for everyone. Great editing Miriam, Peter is such a calm "individual", I love the music at the end, it gives wings to my soul.

Yes a garden is the best , im getting more and more relaxed with my garden starting off learning from my dad in the tradisianal way but now it looks more like yours just going for balance not putting annyting on it that is not coming from it and leaving space for all things living. And the garden feeds my soul as wel as my belly😊

Hi Miriam, So happy to find a new upload. The vegetable garden looks great. Peter is kept busy. That part of Bulgaria where you are looks very unspoiled. Very different from Sofia where I was. You are a very good interviewer 😊. Happy week.❤

So true what Peter says. Was flabbergasted when I walked with a friend (in his late sixties) past a potato field and he didn't even know that were potato plants. Thank you for this inspiring video! Good questions.

Good Nz morning guys. Great upload Miriam. Thanks Peter for the discussion. Just if I could add to the mix, in regards to easiest to grow...I would also just include sprouts. As long as you have something that can be used as a sprouter, you can grow almost anything, in any climate. Mung beans are a great starter....and easy. Thank you for sharing. Take care.

Peter is looking well and healthy. Obviously your lifestyle and fresh home grown produce etc is working. Thanks for talking about the plants. One day soon I'll get back into some home grown vege gardening myself, my life is too hectic at the moment but I'm working on it, not to long to go.

Wonderful garden!!...I wonder what Peter's thoughts are on the all meat or carnivore diet...seems your existence out in the wild has been mostly meat and wild plants...I see you and Peter both seem to glow and your skin looks youthful and even with Peter falling ill, he was able to recover..I wonder how much of that is diet?? Your and Peters thoughts on diet whether meat and/or plants would be great...thanks

Very inspiring! Peter is such a wise man with so much knowledge. The problem here in the Netherlands is the supermarkets and the temptation to buy processed food because that's available everywhere and cheap. I know what is healthy but not buying processed food, like cookies with a lot of sugar is my greatest challenge because I am a sugar addict 😬 and you must be very disciplined to only buy healthy food here. Many people in the west are I think addicted, sugar and processed food are the biggest problem. Living in a remote area forces you to eat healthy because there is no supermarket around the corner. But when you and Peter go to a supermarket, isn't that challenging for you, not to buy bad food?
