No way! I love this product I don’t go anywhere with out it! My mom has severe bags and she almost started crying and said she doesn’t need surgery now. It’s worth the hard work to me.

I’m turning 50 soon & I have been using this product for a couple of years. It works great for me & I have told my friends about it. I won’t leave the house without it on. I don’t wear makeup on top of it. I could see how it wouldn’t work for people that need to put makeup on that area. I use it for the hollows/puffiness under my eyes. I was so happy & surprised the first time when I saw the results. After a few times, you do learn how much product to use & how to rub it in to eliminate or greatly reduce that white residue. You also get used to the tightening feeling. Nothing is gonna be great, except surgery, but I find this does a pretty good job

I have used this for years but I don’t use any other makeup except for a dot on my nose. It works once you figure out how to use it the right way. Also, I have very puffy eyes. This product makes me look younger.

@@sunnyram6714 I don’t rub it in. I use a very thin layer that I tap around the edges. I’ve used it long enough to know that too much product leaves a white residue. It’s best to swipe it across in the thinnest layer you can get. Also make sure to shake it up before you use it.

Hi Cheryl and Stacey, this reminds me of a product I bought when I was on vacation last year. I was absolutely astounded at the results, and was so swept up in the moment that I immediately spent waaayyy too much money to buy it! Of course, I could not repeat the results, and ended up with the same white ring under my eyes. I threw it away a few months later. Such a waste! I’m so glad you’re doing these reviews!

You girls are absolutely right about this product. When I first applied this product, it worked! It suppressed my baggy eyes but when it dried, it left a white film and the product cracked under my eyes as I smiled or squinted making it worse. I just stopped using it.

I saw another application video online somewhere that said if you apply the gel with a small makeup brush, you will use less and a thinner application can be had, which helps prevent the chalky white film that some get when it is applied to heavily. A soft brush also does not pull the delicate eye tissue like your finger can. And it is more sanitary than your finger.

Thanks for the review, I have under eye issues and was looking to trying this product. I do not wear make up at all, only eyeliner. I was looking for a product that would not require a lot of time in the morning I am a Black American and white circles would not be acceptable under my eyes and this seems time consuming.

hey ladies, when the white cast do appear, you just take a sponge very lightly damped and blotted over the area that you applied the product, and it is fine after that and then you can apply a liquid foundation and you can also add a little drop to that and it works perfectly fine fine, I also watched a video on Fumi doing a demonstration because she is a beautiful deep, chocolate, mature woman and she demonstrated two different ways and it was fabulous looking on her, that’s what she did. She didn’t rub she blocked very lightly would’ve very very damp sponge. She demonstrated two ways and then she did her make up and it was beautiful so you can use either the liquid make up powder but you don’t rub your foundation on, and you guys talking about the I didn’t see anything so difficult about waiting the extra few minutes because in life we don’t wait for one thing we wait for another, all you do whenever you have to go somewhere you start your make up at least a few minutes earlier and work it in your routine. It’s not really a big deal but I understand we as mature women we seem to more patient a lot of younger people are in a hurry, but when you get a little older you understand the process of time so whenever you want to do something you don’t mind putting in an extra time because you in a hurry in the morning, you just add that extra seven minutes by getting up an extra 10 minutes so you can achieve what you want, the product does work I didn’t expect miracles but I do like the idea that it blur your pores that wasn’t mentioned on the bottle but it actually blur your pores and it does give a blur on some of the lines not everything does not the stuff is a miracle worker but it did do some improvement not a miracle, so I’ll say the product does work because somebody’s products do not work that well on deep dark skin but this product works on all types of skin so I have to apply them for that because some products have a habit of leaving us out of the game , we’re not invited to the party maybe years down they’ll make it where we’re invited to the party but straight straight out the park Mr. Peter invited us to the party 🎈 🎊 🎉 and it did work!!! 🥰👩🏾‍🦲😍

Hi beautifuls! I too bought the PTR eye product and had the same issues with the white cast ☹️Have you ladies tried the Westmore Beauty 60 second eye effects. I like this one a lot more. It comes tinted and does a better job with firming my under eye bags 😊

This product DOES work. You guys just don't know how to use it. Mix oil base concealer and a tiny bit of the product together and pat it under your eyes. You cannot use oil-free concealer with this product.

It’s very finicky with me , sometimes it takes me one try and I’m good to go! Other times I have to take it off and try again multiple times , 😭

Me too. Sometimes I wipe it off multiple times but it does help deflate the puffy eyes I have.

I agree and had the same experience. It’s like you’re expected to stay expressionless while you have it on. Perhaps it’s good only for those who doesn’t wear makeup and have straight face. 😅

I think it's for those that have more pronounced undereye bags like the lady that made it go viral. This instant eye tightner and others with similar ingredients work best if u have deep bags. None have worked for me and are more of a PITA as u described

Hi purchased this product recently when it was on sale. I’ve tried to apply it different ways about eight times, and as one of you mentioned, my under eyes look worse! It’s very tricky to get the amount right and I have to have concealer. Even even at its best Application if my face is resting, there’s a little bit of improvement. But with any sort of movement, or of course, smiling, it looks absolutely worse. This product might work for some but not for me. I have tried so many times!

I only use this stuff when I’m sick and super puffy/tired eyes. And not going to wear makeup. I’m aiming to wear less foundation/concealer. So I want something for those days. And this product is perfect for that and it lasts longer that way too. Because I’m not using it everyday. Only on my non makeup days. So if you’re someone who needs makeup everyday. This may not be the product for you

This one I hated. If you don’t get a smooth, completely even layer, it looks awful. You have to take it off and reapply, and that is very irritating. Or you get those white edges. If you do get it on right, even if it works, it feels so tight and after a week I noticed it was really drying out my undereye area. And I don’t like that I can’t wear sunscreen under it. So, I decided to try the one from It Cosmetics. It’s much easier to apply, and not drying. No white edges. Looks much, much more natural. I put on my skin care, give it about 20 minutes to soak in, then I pat on 2 or 3 light layers. Lasts until I wash my face at the end of the day. The It Cosmetics one is far superior to the PTR.

Wish I had seen this review before buying this product (of course searches only brought up the positive ones). I had the exact same experience and looked worse after using this. What a waste of money. I’m subscribing to your reviews from now on. However, I did have the opposite experience with Fiera concealer, which did absolutely nothing for me. Guess the lesson is everyone’s skin is different and what works for one does not work for all.

I Love this product. I have used it for several years nobody believes I am 71. I think you put too much on. I do not use concealer though.

Try something light like Glossier stretch concealer. It's super glidy- not cakey. Light coverage- unfortunately full coverage will be cakey. I've tried it all

Hi! Have you tried using a color corrector? We like DRMTLGY Color Corrector, Tarte or to try color correctors on a budget price, e.l.f. Our favorite concealer is Fiera! Great for our mature skin issues!

I am definitely not a fan........I have tried and tried and tried. I put it under makeup and it caked. I put it over makeup and it caked. I put it on without any makeup and it left a film that looked terrible after I put my face makeup all around it. So I tried again this morning without any makeup under or over. It was so cakey that I had to come home and wash my face and re-apply my makeup without the "magic" eye tightener. I also tried the one advertised on TV (Plex....). Works just as badly. Help...........my undereyes are sooooooooooo puffy.

They need to make a product you can put concealer on top of. Westmore beauty says if it oil free you can put concealer on top. Tried it, did not work. Tired of wasting money

Total fail for me. I bought 3 tubes. What irritated me was, every review showed a clear cream. My cream is white. It did absolutely nothing, except leave the white film. Never made it to adding any makeup.

I have a few very fine lines I thought the product was genuine but unfortunately it is not It is a scam with fake reviewers and very carefully edited videos Do not fool for the scam.
