Peter was a much better musician than Marley was. Not taking away from Bob but Peter was the complete package and true to his message. Peter’s style is what kept him out of the spotlight that Bob was in

@@RH421939 Well, Peter was indeed a better instrumentalist and had a good voice too, but as a lyricist and songwriter (although he's had some great moments in the earlier years of his career), overall he was pretty average, simply lacking the talent that propelled Bob to stardom...
