The Bugatti appeared to be on the Gorge Road in the Adelaide Hills. Spent 20 years riding that road. This is a great series, Peter drives the cars in a spirited manner. Not like a parade as is usual.

Lancia was one of the most innovative companies ever in car manufacturing. Many firsts in technology.

Beautiful old cars, as always Peter Wherrett is honest, sometimes a little hard maybe he tells it exactly like it is, he easily would be one the best if Not the best motoring journalist, and please DO NOT even try to compare, the Big Clumsy LOUD Baboon J.Clarkson, he is not even in the same league!!!!

Funny, every time someone says something on these threads you follow it up with a bump on Clarkso, whose loud Top Gear persona, and personal foibles also go aling with his excellent reputation as a presenter. His programmes on inventions that changed the world, and another on Isambard Kingdom Brunel get away from the shallow entertainment of Top Gear.

Peter was highly intelligent and ahead of his time on environmental issues.
