Dreamcast can run a lot better than you think. Rinnegatamante has some great guidance on every Dreamcast game and categorises them from unplayable to full speed with some unexpected games on there. Specifically Sonic Adventure 1 + 2 are listed as playable once you tweak the settings Rinnegatamante provides. In some cases games even get a 30fps cheat like SA2 to make them more playable. I recently finished the story all on vita and it wasn’t too bad!

Yeah I was never recommended nooDS once while setting up my Vita I enjoy the Sonic Mania port a lot If we do see DS emulation reach a playable state then I would not complain I know its not the perfect Vita experience but you could play every sonic game by streaming it to your Vita

The audio delay on moonligt is terrible on the vita in my experience, but on n3ds, it worked properly. Well enough actually that I played an entire level of frontiers, played skyrim and fallout 4, and an rhythm game. The only problem is text is near impossible to read
