Love the Tough Built knife. Rubber coated stainless with full tang and fits the hand perfectly. Balance is dead center. It reminds me of the SOG Fat Cat folder in many ways, tactical more than tradesman. At $15 and a Lifetime, no brainer.

Got the tough built, very sharp and a great sheath with no wobble sound, and a 25 year guarantee…. You can’t go wrong. Very comfy handle too.

True but It is very brittle compared to these thick blades. Toughbilt is not as refined as a mora but man is it sturdy.

Recently got the ToughBuilt knife. Personally I love the brand great stuff. I do see what you say about odd design. However when you show how tall the blade is. Seems like thats where you get more bang for the buck. I do also have a Milwaukee but its the hardline series about$50 sometimes almost $80 but a great knife

I would say for those looking for more of a utility knife, the tough built specifically while pointed is a bit risky for stabbing things that won't give immediately like roofing felt. Of you meet plasterboard or a joist underneath there is no handguard, if you're wearing gloves that aren't themselves rubberised you risk running your hand up the tank and onto the blade if you don't have a firm grip at all times. for £15 (roughly $20) here in the UK. You can't go far wrong for a cutting knife when a Stanley (break blade, or utility knife) blade isn't long enough to cut completely without turning over or crushing the insulation. Just a word of warning. Stabbing or puncturing something with this knife could be a little risky without a good firm grip and even worse if you're wearing certain gloves.

You nailed the toughbilt. A futuristic like space knife. Well made though. Works good but a real sci Fi look to it

I have the milwaukee for work. I like it a lot and I got it for $16. My only complaint is the sheath rides higher than I'd like and pokes my side at times

Whoever makes the Milwaukee Menards has a masterforce clone. But in store lifetime warranty exchange if you abuse enough to want to have a new one. It’s a prying knife, probably gonna break the edge
@damoswrx1476 Жыл бұрын
it’s just tall sizes up to the Lenox and Lenox is taller says the tough built handle is thin Lenox was thinner 😂 no hate but if your trying find reasons to hate on a product that you clearly don’t like find real reasons you mentioned that the Milwaukee and Lenox was very very similar in design and the tough built was the only unique looking knife there also the Lenox you had to sharpen out the box when the other 2 where ready to go out the box. 11 dollars for a knife that personally looks bland and boring no real interesting features about it at all, ugly colour and Cleary ripped off the more expensive Milwaukee knife, the tough built was a good price no wobble at all, came sharp, very nice rubber handle not plastic, the tip isn’t as thin so it won’t snap as easy as the other 2 I had the Milwaukee and it broke within a week I don’t doubt the Lenox will be the same. Honest reviews are important as people like to see real cons with products not made up ones like it’s to thin when the Lenox was thinner and it’s tall when the Lenox was taller. as I mentioned I’m not hating on you just honest reviews are important anyone who uses tough built knows there product’s are built with quality not just mass produced rip-offs sold a lot cheaper. Poor man pays twice. Thanks for the video

So the big comparison or “VS“ is basically how they look and how well they slice paper. Hate to tell you, but this is not what tradesmen do with their knives. Rip through some drywall, notch out some wood, pry some thing.
