Are there AI projects that can understand and describe unintended consequences of different AI applications? Seems to me that the exploration and description of unintended consequences, while never perfect, is right up AI’s alley.

I have a question. Remember the Stuxnet virus? What if an AI learns how to infect computer systems this way? They can remain undetected this way so even if you unplug them how do we know they haven’t jumped to other systems?? Great Program BTW. 👍🏻

Is he arguing that social media companies should regulate content responsibly or expect strong enforcement action that'll win in court?
